The festival aims to promote positive images of mental wellbeing and self-empowerment, challenging the stigma associated with mental health as part of World Mental Health Day celebrations. Films and events at the Brixton Ritzy and other local venues will seek to bring together those who want to understand more about how to take care of their emotional health and wellbeing.

Highlights include:

  • A powerful film about the life of singer James Brown.
  • A film about young South Londoners acted by local young people.
  • A film about a young man from Chile trying to make London his home.

All events are FREE.
