Employment advice fair at the town hall

Are you unemployed or looking for an opportunity to do something new?

Are you free anytime between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday 23 September?

If you have answered yes to both questions then the Assembly Hall, at Lambeth Town Hall is the place to be. For one day only under one roof we are bringing together a number of partners and organisations that can support you to achieve your goal.

We’ll have an enterprise zone for people interested in starting their own business with groups able to tell you how to get started, financing and business mentoring.

Maybe you want to continue studying but also want to gain some real work experience with an opportunity of possibly obtaining real employment at the end? We will have a large range of apprenticeship partners you will be able to talk through your opportunities with.

We will also have a number of leading recruitment agencies for you to meet so bring your CV and your ideas of what you want to do.

That’s over 20 different providers for you to meet on 23rd September.

Maybe you need some help?

You also have the opportunity to attend a number of workshops. These will cover topics like:

  • How to complete application forms
  • How to develop your personal skills
  • Finding the hidden job market
