Angella said: “As a small business owner, I found limited resources available and didn’t know where to access services so decided to set up Streatham Hill Ladies Who Latte in December 2017, then moved to the brand new Streatham Space Project in June. Women get to connect, share where they are on their entrepreneurial journey, along with business highs and challenges and get to network with like-minded individuals. It is a relaxed safe space to network with other business women – no matter what business they’re in or what stage of their business.”
New perspectives
Lexie McDougall, who is part of setting up the Streatham Space Project as a hub for local creative people, said: “Ladies Who Latte has been great to be a part of. There is so much going on in the community, so many brilliant women doing what they do, but its not something you often hear about. The environment is so supportive and with women from such varying backgrounds, businesses and experience there’s always a new and useful perspective offered.”
