Park Games

GLL and the Sport and Physical Activity Team have been working with London Youth Games and app creators ‘Wildgoose’ to create a game aimed encouraging young people, their friends and families to explore the Borough’s Parks and open spaces.

Launching this Easter, the ParkGames App will feature a series of themed questions, tasks and activities all to be completed in three of Lambeth’s Parks; Brockwell Park, Kennington Park and Clapham Common.

Based on a similar premise to the Pokemon game, game players will need to locate virtual Easter eggs which have been placed around the park and at the same time, users can explore the facilities that each of these open spaces have to offer for residents to use.
