Dedicated partnership
Bimpe Oki, Lambeth Together’s Staying Healthy Programme Lead and Consultant in Public Health, said: “Council, NHS and voluntary organisations across Lambeth are coming together once again to host a fun yet informative event for our Black residents.
“Black communities face significantly higher risks of some serious health issues, such as the risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, and mental health challenges. As a partnership we’re dedicated to overcoming this inequality.
“This special event will be a unique chance for residents to learn more about the various health checks, services and information available under one roof. Please come along and share this with your networks.”
