The new Chair will ideally have previous experience of being on a Board or something similar, together with vision, drive and strategic focus.
The additional Trustees should complement their current Trustees existing skills and experience, particularly in the areas of charity and contracts law, multi-stakeholder partnerships and organisational development and change.
