Taking place on Thursday 25 February at Lambeth Academy School in Clapham, you will have the opportunity to meet with over 50 companies and universities (see full list below*). You’ll have access to a wealth of information, get an insight into different industries and how individual companies work, and what they expect during their recruitment/application process. Those considering further education will be able to find out about courses available and subjects and results you will need to get onto your preferred course. It’s a great networking opportunity and offers you the chance to speak to employers in a professional capacity.
There will also be 21 breakout sessions with the opportunity for attendees to find out about career or study opportunities from the people on the courses. All of Lambeth Academy’s students will attend, and along with students from other local schools, parents, and members of the wider community. There will be onsite practical demonstrations in the fields of science and technology, refreshments, and a competition for the students.
Beyond Lambeth is a great drop in event to springboard your work or further education career.
