On Sunday 13 November, people across the country will gather to remember all who have suffered or died in war. There are a number of Remembrance Sunday events taking place in Lambeth.

Lambeth remembers – Remembrance Sunday 2016

Stockwell (Clock Tower) Memorial Gardens
Remembrance Service and Wreath Laying Ceremony

You are invited to join the Mayor Councillor Saleha Jaffer at a public remembrance service and wreath laying ceremony on Sunday 13 November 2016 at Stockwell Memorial Gardens.  The event is held to commemorate all those who were killed during the two World Wars and other conflicts.

Following a 2 minutes silence at 11am; a short service will be conducted by the Bishop of Kingston the Right Reverend Dr Richard Cheetham.
