There is no appointment necessary at the walk-in clinics and Lambeth residents who do not have a GP can register on the day.
The walk-in clinics will be held:
- At Montgomery Hall (walk-in, no appointment needed) on Saturday 1 May from 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm
- At KN centre (Stockwell Mosque) (walk-in, no appointment needed) on Saturday 1 May from 1pm– 5pm
- At Streatham Place Surgery (walk-in, no appointment needed, a booked clinic is also running at this time) every Wednesday 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 4.45pm
A Lambeth Council spokesperson said: “These clinics aim to reach people who have been eligible for some time but who not yet taken up their invitation. This might include some people in older age groups or carers, people with underlying health conditions and people from some communities where vaccination uptake is lower.
“This is why we are putting on clinics in community venues and public places as well as in health centres. For all of these clinics, no appointment is needed. Lambeth residents who do not have a GP can be supported to register with a local practice on the day to get their vaccine and will not need to show a proof of address.”
New dates are being added regularly so check selondonccg.nhs.uk for updates of when and where these clinics are taking place. Eligibility is determined by age and risk factors – check if you are eligible here: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/who-can-get-the-vaccine/
