Better Lambeth - Council statements and updates - Housing and planning

We are looking to let out the sheds on our estates. Sheds are big enough to store bikes and other items and are now going at a rate of £1/week -until April when the cost will go up to £3 a week.

Our estates with available sheds are:

Vauxhall Gardens
Fenwick Estate
Caldwell Gardens
Springfield Estate
Kennings Estate
St Matthew’s Estate

Lambeth Council tenants living on the estates have priority
Shed allocation will be on a first-come first-served basis
Sheds are going at a rate of £1/week until April when the cost will go up to £3 a week
We are currently in the process of doing up the doors where they are needed and improving the locks and security on the sheds
Sheds are big enough to store a couple of bikes and stack up other items
We require all new sign ups to sign a license agreement with us outlining all of our terms and conditions
One month advanced payment is a must as well as setting up a direct debit
