We are looking to let out the sheds on our estates. Sheds are big enough to store bikes and other items and are now going at a rate of £1/week -until April when the cost will go up to £3 a week.

Sheds available for rent

Our estates with available sheds are:

  1. Vauxhall Gardens
  2. Fenwick Estate
  3. Caldwell Gardens
  4. Springfield Estate
  5. Kennings Estate
  6. St Matthew’s Estate
  • Lambeth Council tenants living on the estates have priority
  • Shed allocation will be on a first-come first-served basis
  • Sheds are going at a rate of £1/week until April when the cost will go up to £3 a week
  • We are currently in the process of doing up the doors where they are needed and improving the locks and security on the sheds
  • Sheds are big enough to store a couple of bikes and stack up other items
  • We require all new sign ups to sign a license agreement with us outlining all of our terms and conditions
  • One month advanced payment is a must as well as setting up a direct debit
