The eighth annual Streatham Food Festival returns this year on Thursday 22 June till Sunday 25 June, brought to you by InStreatham.
The five-day festival is being streamlined this year and is designed to really showcase the brilliant food businesses of Streatham.
This year’s festival will focus on two key events, the first being the ever popular Streatham Food Tour, with over 30 of Streatham’s wonderful eateries taking part. Each restaurant or cafe will offer a selection of three dishes, all costing less than £5, allowing guests to taste their way around Streatham, sampling dishes as they go. With starters, main courses, deserts and even wines on offer there’s something to suit every palate.
2017 will also see the return of the Toddler Tour after its debut in 2016. So far twelve of Streatham’s restaurants will be putting on special menus to tickle the tiny tastebuds of local residents and visitors. This year’s Toddler Tour will run for two days on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23 June, giving plenty of opportunity to pop in and try something new. With Indian, Caribbean, Vietnamese, Italian and British amongst the cuisines on offer it’s the perfect way to expand junior taste horizons without breaking the bank.
For those of you who loved the popular Sunday Food Fair we’re delighted that many of the traders will be taking part in the Streatham Festival and will be popping up on Streatham Green on 8 July, ensuring residents and visitors are given even more opportunity to tuck into great tasting food.
We’re delighted to support the Streatham Food Festival and we really hope you are able to join us to celebrate the great food businesses of our neighbourhood.
