Lambeth: new planning controls imposed on Streatham HMOs, in response to residents’ concerns
Lambeth Council is to implement a new planning mechanism to help manage smaller Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in the two Streatham wards, after concerns were raised by residents.
