Accredited Living Wage Employers: Team Jump

Jump is a Brixton-based B2B (Business to Business) software company who create custom programmes to reward people working for companies as diverse as supermarkets, local authorities, and universities for building sustainable behaviours into their work routines.

They design unique rewards and games specifically tailored to an individual business to encourage people to accelerate their journey to Net Zero, lead on carbon reduction, and help a workforce become a mindful community of motivated sustainability champions. They have also just become an accredited Living Wage Employer.

Running campaigns, boosting engagement

Jump’s Chief Executive,  Josh Cleall, says: “Being a Living Wage Employer isn’t about ticking a few boxes to earn a badge. It is part of a larger picture to ensure that you are looking after the wellbeing of your employees.

“Our digital platform also allows teams to monitor the impact of their actions by showing the carbon emissions saved from taking more sustainable alternatives. Finally, we assign communications and programme managers to help with the promotion and running of campaigns to further boost engagement.

From Green Rewards to Team Jump

“Jump as it is known today has been around for 5 years, and in that time our 15 employees have worked hard to build strong relationships with over 65 clients.

“Graham Simmonds founded Green Rewards in 2011 as a way to motivate residents to take sustainable actions. It has since evolved into Jump, which not only works with public sector bodies, but also has grown in the private sector as sustainable employee rewards and engagement programme. The business is based on Acre Lane in Lambeth.

Motivated, focused and happy

“Being a Living Wage employer not only helps us to recruit new talent, but also ensures that our employees are less worried about their financial situation, so they can come into work feeling motivated, focused and most importantly happy.”
