Brixton Bike Fair

The Brixton Cycling Fair is taking place on Friday 12 September from 2pm till 9pm and Windrush Square promises to be filled with a variety of all things bike related.

You’ll have the opportunity to have your bike looked over by one of Brixton Cycles’ trained mechanics and learn about how to maintain your own bike in one of their workshop sessions. You will also be able to find out more about Kennedy City Bicycles’ range of bikes and even try out one of London Green Cycles’ cargo bikes.

If you’re feeling a bit peckish, Donut Round will be there with their donut trike whilst Electric Pedals will be running their bicycle powered sound system to liven things up a bit.

There will also be a lorry on hand to give you the chance to get in the cab and experience first hand what a HGV driver can (and can’t) see.

The Brixton Cycling Fair is being run in conjunction with the London Cycle Show, a conference for cycling professionals, which is taking place at Lambeth Town Hall. For more information about that event please visit the London Cycle Show website.
