Announcing the winners of our Lambeth Clean Air Week schools’ poster competition

KS2 pupils in Lambeth primary schools were challenged to make a pledge to take action to reduce air pollution, as part of our virtual Lambeth Clean Air Week celebrations. National Clean Air Day fell on 8 October this year, and we held a week of events, mostly online, to raise awareness of air quality, showcase the work we do to tackle pollution and inspire others to get involved.

With such a high standard of the posters and range of pledges, choosing just one winner was incredibly difficult. We were blown away by the quality of the entries to our competition.

Ethan at Sunnyhill Primary School

Well done to Ethan from Sunnyhill Primary School, who was incredibly resourceful in his use of materials and set a great example in putting rubbish to good use to reduce waste. Ethan will receive a book voucher as a well-earned prize.
