If you are over 40, with no underlying conditions, health checks act as an MOT to detect potential health problems, such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes. It includes tests for blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI and gives you personalised advice on how to reduce the risk of developing problems. - Get out and about more Lambeth has a great choice of parks and open spaces. We also have four outdoor gyms that are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels
- Get walking This is one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier. Lambeth has an active walks scheme that has free weekly walks all year round. - Join a leisure centre We have centres at Brixton, Streatham, Clapham and Norwood.
