Services for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) and their families need to be high quality. Lambeth Council and the NHS’s Integrated Care Board’s survey goes live on 3 June to collect information that will help us improve the care and services on offer in Lambeth.
Your feedback will help make sure parents’, carers’ and families’ voices are included in this year’s review of local SEND education, health and social care.
This survey is your chance to share your views about how things are working for you and your child/children with SEND. The information will help us to identify what needs to be improved in the lives of Lambeth children and young people with SEND. We are also working on our SEND and Alternative Provision Strategy for 2024 – 2030 and want to make sure families’ voices are at the heart of our decision making.
Shape our SEND Services
Last year we ran this survey for the first time and promised to run it every year to keep the information on SEND and young people updated so that our plans can change to meet people’s changing needs in the future.
If you have more than one child with SEND, and you want to give your views about each of them, please complete a survey for each child.
After the consultation closes, an anonymised summary of the information will be published on the Lambeth SEND Local Offer page. No personal or individual details will be shared.
