Hawkins\Brown and Fluid have been appointed by Lambeth Council to work with local people to produce a ‘masterplan’ for Loughborough Junction. This is to build on the Framework Plan produced by the Loughborough Junction Action Group in 2013. The masterplan will help guide new development in the area.
There is already a great deal of change happening and without an overarching plan, there is a risk that the local area and communities will miss the chance to get the most benefit from these changes.
