If your older persons Freedom Pass has an expiry date of 31 March 2015, you will receive a letter telling you how to renew it online.

Renewing your Freedom Pass

Your letter contains a unique number which you need to refer to when renewing. Letters are currently being sent out and if you have not already received your letter you should expect to receive it within the next few weeks.

While online renewal is the preferred method, you may still renew your Freedom Pass through the post using a paper form which is enclosed with the renewal letter. Once you have completed your renewal, you should receive your new pass between January and March 2015.

If you hold a disabled persons Freedom Pass you do not need to go online to renew your pass. A new pass will be sent to you automatically before your current one expires.
