Tell Lambeth your views on the sexual health clinic at Minnie Kidd House

Lambeth Council wants to know what you think about Minnie Kidd House Sexual Health Clinic. This will ensure that the services provided meet your needs and expectations.

Sexual Health Services in South Lambeth moved to Minnie Kidd House near Clapham South tube following the closure of Streatham Clinic in December 2024.

Local authorities are responsible for delivering open access sexual health services for the community, providing contraceptives, STI testing and treatment, and sexual health advice. The service is delivered by Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Trust.

Word from the Cabinet

Lambeth Cabinet Members for Healthy Communities Cllr Nanda Manley-Browne & Cllr David Bridson said:

“Lambeth’s health services are designed with our residents in mind, so it’s vital that we hear from a broad range of residents in order to deliver great healthcare for everyone. We need our services to be as accessible and inclusive as possible as part of our ambition to be a Borough of Equity and Justice.”

Have your say

The survey runs from 28 July to 29 August, giving you a full month to share your thoughts and suggestions about the move from Streatham Hill to Minnie Kidd House (near Clapham South underground, with lots of bus links). Whether you have ideas for new services, improvements to existing ones, or concerns that need addressing, this is your opportunity to be heard.

Giving your views in the online survey is easy. Your responses will be kept confidential and will directly influence the planning and implementation of health services in Lambeth.

Who is the survey for?

All sexual and reproductive services are open to everyone, if they live in Lambeth or not.  We’re particularly interested in hearing from Lambeth’s residents who have experience accessing sexual health services, young people under 25, Black African and Caribbean people and from the LGBTQIA+ community.

Why does this matter to Lambeth?

Lambeth Council works in partnership with the NHS, local organisations and residents to develop and deliver local and modern sexual health services that meet needs, respond to challenges and support people to live healthily.
