Join Lambeth Council for an afternoon of creativity, reflection and celebration and be one of the first to see the Town Hall Art Programme’s new exhibition.
Where history, culture and daily life meet
Lambeth Town Hall has been a central pillar of community life for over a century. Since opening in 1908 Lambeth Town Hall has been not only an architectural landmark but a place where history, culture, and the daily lives of the people of Lambeth have intertwined.
Windows into the past
Through Lambeth Town Hall’s new exhibition ‘Gatherings’ and a special event, we invite you to journey through time and explore the rich tapestry of historical events that took place within this building and across the borough.
The exhibition offers a unique glimpse into the ways Lambeth has served and celebrated its community. They are windows into the past, each one capturing a moment in time, a slice of life in Lambeth that has contributed to the borough’s unique character and spirit.
