Over the course of six sessions, budding entrepreneurs will hear from speakers on branding and marketing, business planning, premises, sourcing ingredients, sustainability, food safety, and other factors to consider when starting out.
Participants will have the chance to network, gain valuable experience, and find out what it takes to create a thriving food enterprise.
They want to hear from anyone in the early stages of creating a new food business who has passion, drive and a willingness to learn.
