Grow:Brixton is creating work spaces, growing spaces, cafes and shops, as well as live/ work units in shipping containers tastefully arranged around a covered space for community events such as cinema, theatre and music.
The site in Pope’s Road will house a variety container of units 8′ wide by either 20’ or 40’. There will also be four kiosk spaces of 10′ x 8′ available.
Rent for retail and studio space will vary from approximately £4.60 per square foot to £8.50 per square foot, according to their position on the site; with prime retail space at street level costing more than studio space on the 2nd or 3rd floors. There will also be Live/Work units and some units could be joined or split/shared by businesses.
